Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact on our customers' lives. **Job Summary** As a Senior Framework Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex infrastructure systems that support various portfolios. You will work closely with our team of server farm engineers to ensure site reliability and framework accessibility through the implementation of corporate security and administration strategies, data handling office details, technology guidelines, processes, and teachings. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff, and managing the day-to-day operations of our server farms. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead or participate in high-level technical discussions covering technology and business * Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions * Contribute to the testing of business, application, and technical system requirements * Drive solutions to reduce recovery time * Audit and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management, and key turns * Configure, code, test, troubleshoot, and report programs using Agile development practices * Plan complex system upgrades * Resolve complex patterns as they emerge * Develop a long-term plan to prevent issues and ensure they do not recur * Direct the daily risk and control stream of tasks, focusing on approaches, techniques, and work guidelines to ensure a positive outcome * Collaborate and communicate with peers, partners, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives **Required Capabilities** * 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Designing and Solutions, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education * 4+ years of experience in server farm operations **Desirable Capabilities** * Experience supporting technology at an enterprise level * Familiarity with server, storage, compute, and network equipment * Familiarity with Layer 1 Network Design * Broad knowledge of server farm operations (space, power, cooling, and network) * In-depth knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and VLAN advancements to perform FQDN generation and tasks * Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the business and technical organizations, including management * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Work Assumptions** * Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed * Adaptability to work in a 24/7 environment * Ability to lift 50+ pounds * This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our employees' growth and development.
