reputed company has an immediate need for a Part-Time Virtual Training Producer. This is a part-time, remote position and the hours can vary from week to week depending on the classes. We are seeking candidates that have the ability to support training sessions during regular business hours as reputed company as overnight.

Responsibilities:

• The individual on the Virtual Classroom Team is responsible for providing technical coordination and support before and during the virtual classroom session.
• The producer shall be responsible for the operation of the virtual classroom technical platform to deliver classes according to the various delivery reputed company.
• The producer will produce VILT sessions including the following tasks: manage interactive tools such as whiteboards, reputed company rooms, and polls, answer learner questions, create and distribute links, troubleshoot issues, take attendance, manage chat, advance slides, support facilitator with activities and instructions.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer reputed company service skills and a technical aptitude
• Technical knowledge of WebEx, MS Teams, reputed company or similar Training platform that enables the delivery of virtual classroom courses 
• Ability to reputed company high reputed company operational and communication capabilities to reputed company seamless information transfer between reputed company, and service provider.
• Ability to reputed company support staff to reputed company technical support to any reputed company joining the session one hour before a class session; and respond to reputed company non-urgent items reputed company to scheduled class sessions in less than 24  hours. 

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
