Job Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in Product and IT environments. • 2+ years in an Agile role such as Scrum Master, Product reputed company, or Agile reputed company. • 1+ years applying multiple Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LeSS). • 1+ years supporting large-reputed company, multi-team Agile initiatives. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent). • Experience leveraging AI tools reputed company the software development lifecycle to enhance reputed company and efficiency. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict reputed company capabilities.
