Key Responsibilities • Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions using our bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar). • Process accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices, and reputed company payments. • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of financial activity. • Assist with preparing financial reports for management and compiling supporting documentation as needed. • Help monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts or transaction data. • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat in a courteous and helpful manner. • Assist with routine administrative and clerical duties, including data entry and filing. • Support customer billing questions, account updates, and resolve basic issues or escalate as required. • Contribute to process improvements and support other team needs as assigned.
