[Remote] Order Entry Specialist

They are seeking an Order Entry Specialist to manage and process orders with accuracy, maintain customer accounts, support billing operations, and collaborate with teams to enhance workflows. Responsibilities • Review and process incoming customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Sales and Finance guidelines. • Consult with Sales on nonstandard deal structures, pricing models, and contract terms. • Audit customer reputed company and ensure billing systems accurately reflect reputed company contract terms. • Participate in resolving reputed company order issues in partnership with management. • Ensure reputed company and accurate invoices for recurring and usage-based billing models. • Maintain high data reputed company across CRM systems. • Conduct credit evaluations for new and prospective customers. • Set up, provision, and manage customer accounts in billing and CRM systems. • Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows and system automation. • Support internal audits and compliance initiatives reputed company to reputed company, billing practices, and customer data management. • Assist with Accounts Receivable functions as requested. • Assist with financial review and special reputed company as needed. • reputed company other duties as assigned based on company needs.
