Service Support Analyst (Application development and web applications)

Job reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining a reputed company of systems and applications. This role requires strong knowledge of software development, system architecture, and web technologies, with an emphasis on supporting both reputed company-end and back-end components. The Support Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of our digital infrastructure and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
