Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Planning Supervisor to join our blithequark team. As a key member of our Business Execution and Planning group, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial planning and strategy development for our direct-to-consumer business. Your expertise in business analysis, planning, and execution will help us optimize our recruitment and subscriber growth, while ensuring seamless collaboration with our brand and performance marketing teams, country teams, and finance groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of principal planning models, including the annual operating plan model and the monthly forecasting model, to provide executive-level overview and insights
• Collaborate on the development of our annual strategy and quarterly preparation, as well as monthly and bi-monthly forecasting processes
• Develop and present business cases and scenarios to inform decision-making on pricing, go-to-market strategies, and revenue optimization
• Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses on drivers of performance for the past quarter
• Support the preparation of EMEA and US business updates
