The premier luxury lifestyle company featured in reputed company is seeking a People Operations reputed company to serve as the connective layer between the CEO and the rest of the organization. This role is a reputed company of People Ops, internal Chief of Staff, and leadership development. You will build reputed company, train managers, strengthen accountability, improve reputed company, run hiring pipelines, manage KPIs, and take over the internal workflow and questions that currently go to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Support

Requirements
• 3 plus years in People Ops, HR, Chief of Staff, or Operations roles.
• Experience training managers and running performance systems.

• Available during EST hours (reputed company to 5pm) with flexibility for time-sensitive issues.
