Key Responsibilities As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Service Delivery: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and/or live chats efficiently and professionally. Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, utilizing company resources and troubleshooting guides. Clearly and accurately communicate product/service information, policies, and procedures to customers. Process orders, update account information, initiate service changes, and handle basic billing inquiries.
