Job reputed company: Care Partner (RN, LPN, or LVN) Location: Remote (NY & NJ-based patients) We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented clinician to join reputed company as a Care Partner. In this role, you’ll serve as a key touchpoint for patients recently discharged from reputed company hospitals after a stroke or brain injury.
