Other duties include support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, provide excellent service to customers and team members, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, follow safety procedures and company policies, assist with processing returns and exchanges, along with respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, maintain accurate records and documentation, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
