Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and engaging role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service through active listening, and resolving issues proactively. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using effective conflict resolution skills and techniques

  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and detailed records

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using digital tools and technologies to collaborate and communicate effectively
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, although we welcome applications from individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and software applications
  • Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
