As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in acting as an advocate for our clients' consumers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' products and services. This role is uniquely positioned to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, without the requirement of cold calling or lead generation. Instead, you will work with a generated lead list of customers who have already expressed interest in our clients' offerings or have existing services, allowing you to focus on building relationships and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a generated lead list to follow up with prospective and existing customers, addressing their product, service, or account inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers through consistent display of a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Engage in comprehensive training, including classroom-style learning, role-playing, and product knowledge exercises to ensure a deep understanding of our clients' products and services.
  • Manage customer accounts with precision, helping to develop new outreach initiatives once initial training is completed, to continuously enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that all interactions with customers adhere to the highest standards of integrity and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with both customer service and sales departments to promote our clients' products effectively, leveraging the generated lead list provided by our clients to maximize outreach efforts.

Requirements for Success
