This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday position that offers the flexibility to work remotely from your home in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain Time zones. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a multi-channel environment, including calls, dual chats, and emails.

Requirements and Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
