As a member of our Client Services Team, you'll be part of a talented and diverse group of professionals who share a passion for delivering outstanding results and exceeding client expectations. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, both internal and external. Your key responsibilities will include: * Building strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to all external clients * Providing professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and email * Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to client issues and concerns in a timely manner (supply orders, billing questions, account set up, testing questions, specimen inquiries, etc.) * Documenting issues, action steps, and outcome of customer inquiries * Documenting and processing change requests promptly and efficiently * Following all SOP's and team procedures to ensure accuracy and regulation compliance * Assisting with large projects and meeting deadlines * Making outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and services **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred * 2+ years previous customer service experience, laboratory or healthcare preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills * Confident in multitasking and quickly adapting to changing priorities * Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service * Ability to present a professional image via phone, with superb phone etiquette skills * Excellent problem resolution skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Proficient computer skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office software **Work Schedule and Compensation** As a remote Customer Service Support Representative, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule, with a standard workday from Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6pm CST. During the 4-6 week training period, your schedule will be approximately 8am – 4:30pm CST.
