Contract Activation Analyst (Remote)

Join reputed company’s Contract Activation team and play a key role in ensuring accurate contract activation and pricing for our customers. As a Contract Activation Analyst, you’ll manage Group Purchasing Organization(GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) memberships, administer reputed company, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. This is an opportunity to become a subject matter expert in contract lifecycle management while supporting critical business operations. What You Will Do • Administer GPO and IDN reputed company across multiple systems, ensuring accurate pricing and membership eligibility • Process Letters of Commitment (LOCs), GPO changes, and price activations in alignment with contract terms • Maintain GPO and IDN membership rosters and implement reputed company audit processes to validate accuracy • Analyze customer data and sales information to evaluate LOC requests and pricing eligibility • Support contract audit requests by providing documentation and pricing data to reputed company stakeholders • Collaborate with Customer Solutions team members throughout the contract activation cycle • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance • Manage relationships with internal teams such as Contracting and Customer Intelligence to ensure seamless operations What You Will Need Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field • Minimum 1 year of reputed company experience Preferred Qualifications • Experience with, and/or certification in contract lifecycle management and rebate & fee calculation tools and technologies (e.g., reputed company) and ERPs • Experience in medical device or technology industry $60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
