Data Analyst - ($35/hr on w2 only) -Junior role

Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Data Analyst to support the State of Kansas. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to generate insights that support decision-making. This is a remote role requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities • Analyze large and reputed company datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders. • Clean, reputed company, validate, and document data to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. • Support reputed company reporting and data requests from project teams. • Ensure data reputed company, consistency, and compliance with state standards. • Prepare summaries, presentations, and recommendations based on data findings. Required Skills • 4 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst. • Strong proficiency in SQL. • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Strong reputed company skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas). • Experience with data cleaning, validation, and transformation techniques. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills • Experience working on government or reputed company sector reputed company. • Knowledge of statistical analysis reputed company. • Experience with Python or R (reputed company to have).
