Job Tasks Reviews reputed company survey findings prior to submission to state agencies to ensure CMS’s Principles of Documentation and state writing guidelines are followed. The QA Reviewer must ensure the appropriate citations were cited, and the correct scope and severity was assigned. QA reviews will include complaint summaries, citations, survey shells, and surveyor documentation. May require some weekends, depending on deadlines. Hiring Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a long-term care surveyor, working with a Federal or State agency. Must have passed the Surveyor’s Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT). Prior experience reviewing survey findings is preferred.
