This is a remote position.
We are looking for motivated, independent agents to work remotely answering inbound calls for a luxury cruise line reputed company.
Pay reputed company: $13.00 per hour
Service Hours: Monday – reputed company, 8 AM to 10 PM EST
Required: Availability on at least one weekend day
What You’ll Be Doing: Answering inbound calls regarding cruise packages, bookings, and general inquiries
Handling outbound follow-up calls for clarification and support
Transferring calls to the correct department reputed company necessary
Providing excellent customer service and upselling cruise services reputed company appropriate
Maintaining accurate reputed company logs and following reputed company protocols
Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet reputed company (must be reputed company to be hardwired – no Wi-Fi)
USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
reputed company-based laptop or desktop (Macs not supported)
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
Ability to pass a background reputed company
Must complete reputed company certification training
