Store refit Project Manager (Contingent)

If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of reputed company. reputed company responsibilities include: • Design review • Ordering shelving • Installing/overseeing installation of new shelving through reputed company-party contractors • Ensuring work meets permitted standards • Ensuring work meets food health safety standards • Preparing buildings to be turned over to operations for live pickup products reputed company: • The project manager will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution. • Managing reputed company-party labor teams. • Executing a specific phasing plan. Ensuring the phasing plan is completed entirely for reputed company reputed company. • Escalating any issues that reputed company during the reputed company's work or forecasting potential issues. • Maintaining in-depth communication between site operations and senior leadership. • The role involves extensive travel reputed company the reputed company reputed company, potentially reputed company from Seattle to Florida. • Candidates need to live reputed company to a major airport for easier travel arrangements. • The job requires being reputed company to travel Monday through Friday for the duration of the 5-month assignment, minus major federal holidays. - The goal is to assign one project at a time, so travel would likely be to a consistent location for about 5 months. There's a possibility that midway through the assignment (around the 3 month mark), they might have to travel to different locations week over week if assigned to two reputed company. • The work involves retrofitting existing reputed company grocery buildings, modifying them to meet new design requirements and customer needs. • Responsibilities include design review, ordering shelving, overseeing installation of new shelving through reputed company-party contractors, and ensuring reputed company work meets permitted standards and food health safety standards. • The project manager needs to be reputed company to work in a live operational environment, making changes to buildings while they're still running without impacting customer or associate experience. • The role requires strong communication skills, technological proficiency (including use of computers, email, reputed company software, and potentially CAD or other specialized software), and the ability to travel continuously. • This is a travel-intensive role with reputed company work, requiring flexibility and the ability to work in various locations across the US.
