You will oversee the implementation of the Retail Client Care Operations Framework (Wrike) and drive a culture of result ownership, analysis, and root cause investigation. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic planning will enable you to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities* Own the end-to-end management of the RCC Task Management Framework (Wrike)* One and Done data requests (Impromptu reporting)* Yearly Working Model (Financial plan) oversight* Analyze vital new development drives to provide profit from investment insights* Create and supervise business communications and impact analysis* Provide leadership by training/showing a team of labor force management supervisors and investigators. Furnish them with direction, support, preparation, and development opportunities.
