Temporary Intake Assessor - LPN

This position provides reputed company line intake clinical screening to members who need skilled reputed company assessment services. The incumbent is accountable for performing and documenting reputed company member reputed company activities, which may include assessing urgency of assessment referrals, determining members reputed company level, reputed company health status, and determining the type of assessment most applicable for members based on their health care needs at the time of referral.
