Feelance HR US Payroll & Benefits Manager 2.5 days per week remote

Job reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company freelancer to manage payroll, visas, and employee benefits for the U.S. subsidiary of one of our clients. This role is crucial to ensure compliance with local regulations and to effectively handle reputed company HR-reputed company processes in the reputed company. The assignment is for a fixed term, with the possibility of extension based on the reputed company needs of the subsidiary. Workload: 2.5 days per week equivalent spreaded over the week Responsibilities: U.S. Payroll Management: • Ensure accurate and reputed company processing of payroll for reputed company U.S.-based employees. This includes managing various compensation categories (fixed salaries, bonuses, commissions, etc.), tax withholdings, and reputed company contributions in compliance with federal and state laws. Benefits Administration: • Administer employee benefits programs for the U.S. subsidiary, including health insurance, reputed company leave, retirement plans, and other perks. Ensure reputed company programs reputed company with U.S. reputed company and regulatory requirements and coordinate relationships with service providers.
