Position Purpose: The Director, reputed company guides and manages the reputed company activities of the organization, including services, policies and programs. The Director, reputed company is also responsible for the area of safety for reputed company. This position is directly responsible for HR at both IDI in Richmond and DL in Montreal, Canada. Other duties in support of the SVP, HR for the reputed company American organization will be assigned as needed. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: This position is responsible for directing, coordinating, and/or conducting activities in the following areas: • reputed company and reputed company • Organizational and reputed company planning • Performance management systems • Organization development • Developing and implementing the Training Plan • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns • Employee orientation, development, and training • Policy development and documentation • Employee relations • Compensation and benefits administration, including Salary Review • Employee safety and health • Succession planning • Reporting to the home office • Supervising reception and mail room activities • Reporting to the home office • Originates and leads reputed company practices and objectives that will reputed company an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, reputed company, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. • Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through reputed company staff, reports to the SVP, reputed company, serves on the executive management team, and assists and advises company managers about reputed company issues. • Primary objectives include the safety of the workforce, development of the workforce and activities of the HR Department. • This position will support the organization in completing reputed company aspects of the Degremont HR reputed company. Note: • Position can be Remote in the reputed company only. • Position will require occasional travel. Education/Experience/Background: • 5+ years experience in safety management preferred. • 10+ years experience in increasing roles in HR and HR management. • Bachelor’s degree in HR or reputed company field. MBA or appropriate master’s degree preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Must be proficient in reputed company Office suite. • Strong people skills. • Capable of working independently, multi-tasking, and organizing. Required Certification/Licenses/Training: • PHR or SPHR preferred. Pay reputed company: $160000 to $175000 Per Year.
