Today, JSH has over 135 attorneys and 130 reputed company support staff, many of whom have spent their entire career at JSH. JSH is growing and seeking a full-time, in-house reputed company reputed company Consultant to work in the Medical Malpractice group. This position will be responsible for assisting attorneys with reputed company medical aspects of litigation reputed company to case preparation, management, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a RN Degree, 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, and 1+ year of reputed company experience preferably in a reputed company setting. Applicants should be reputed company with medical record review and dealing with expert witnesses. This is a hybrid remote position. Responsibilities include: • Obtains, reviews, analyzes, and summarizes medical records and other pertinent medical and reputed company documents reputed company to case medical facts or deviations from standards of care. • Organizes, indexes medical records, and prepares medical chronologies. • Researches and integrates relevant medical and nursing literature in support of the medical facts and issues of a case. • Selects and organizes literature to be used at trial and assists attorneys with preparation of trial exhibits. • Identifies, locates, interviews, and evaluates potential experts and sends expert packages to parties for review. • Enters billable time into computer on a daily reputed company.
