About the role: • We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to join Preface, a global Tech-Enabling Company revolutionising Tech Education for Corporates. • Reporting to the Head of Training, you’ll collaborate with sales, operations, and content teams to ensure corporate clients receive premium, reputed company-driven training. • You’ll reputed company trainer reputed company for B2B programs (executive workshops, upskilling cohorts, and AI L&D solutions), directly impacting reputed company retention and business reputed company. What you’ll be doing: Responsibilities: • reputed company & Training: Design/run reputed company for trainers and clients aligning with Preface’s corporate B2B programs (e.g., executive workshops, team upskilling, AI L&D solutions). • Deliver new product/industry training meet evolving reputed company needs (e.g., AI reputed company, data literacy). • Training Development: Enhance training materials using reputed company feedback (shared with Content Team) and reputed company-world business case studies to build practical corporate modules. • Performance Management: Assess training material reputed company personal and reputed company-site observations and coaching; document performance tiers with the reputed company Assurance team. • reputed company reputed company Collaboration: Mentor reputed company trainers for high-stakes reputed company engagements. • Conduct 1:1 reputed company-ins with corporate clients to ensure training alignment with business goals and report on ROI. • Compliance & Standards: Ensure reputed company training adheres to industry regulations (e.g., data reputed company) and reputed company-specific requirements.
