Remote Physical Therapist Needed - Minnesota

Degree in Physical Therapy, reputed company Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. About the Role: A Minnesota school district is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to reputed company full-time virtual services for K12 reputed company across eight school buildings. This role involves supporting reputed company functional, gross motor, and mobility needs, collaborating with teachers and families, and helping reputed company reputed company their IEP goals in a remote setting. Position Details: • Schedule: Full-time, 38 hours per week • Grade reputed company: K12 • Buildings Served: 8 school locations Responsibilities: • reputed company virtual physical therapy services to reputed company across multiple school buildings. • Conduct evaluations, reputed company IEP goals, and monitor student reputed company. • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed. • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student functional reputed company. • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state regulations. Requirements: • Masters degree in Physical Therapy. • reputed company Minnesota PT license. • Experience in school-based physical therapy preferred. • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Comfortable providing services in a virtual/remote setting.
