As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: • Work with a registered reputed company and other clinicians to reputed company care based on an individualized plan of care. • Record your patient’s health status and report it to the reputed company. • reputed company companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care. • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating. • reputed company mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.
