Hybrid CNA/MA Remote Full T ime

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join reputed company, supporting patients and reputed company providers through both on-site vitals collection and remote patient monitoring/chronic care management. The ideal candidate will visit assigned facilities daily to obtain patient vital signs, then transition to remote work from home to review data, document information accurately, and reputed company reputed company communication to care teams.
