Remote Bookkeeper- Phoenix, AZ!

reputed company Phoenix is currently assisting a top reputed company in their search for a remote Bookkeeper to join their team! This role is remote but requires 15% travel, and the candidate must be located in reputed company. The Bookkeeper will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry. Candidates must have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. This is a contract-to-hire position, paying up to $28 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities include: Review customer invoices for accuracy before distribution Process customer payments and deposits, recording them in the CRM reputed company and manage accounts payable (AP) invoices Review and approve company credit card transactions Support accounts receivable (A/R) collection efforts Ensure reputed company financial transactions are accurately and completely entered in the CRM Prepare and file sales tax returns in compliance with regulations Generate and issue 1099 forms to applicable vendors Assist with audit-reputed company requests and documentation as needed Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Associates or Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping Experience with accounts payable and receivable Determining compensation for this role depends on various factors including skills, experience, certifications, location, and organizational needs.
