What does a behavior technician do? Home and Community Based Behavior Technicians work in homes - supported by a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst - with families to improve a child's life through reputed company acquisition and increasing appropriate behaviors. Technicians support the child, family, and team members delivering interventions designed specifically for reputed company unique individual. Required Availability: Monday - Friday from 4 pm - 8 pm. Essential Skills and Qualifications: • High school diploma and/or college degree • 1 plus years experience working with behavioral clients, preferably children • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must have a reputed company reputed company license and reliable transportation Responsibilities: • Assist in reputed company supervision and implementation of instructional and treatment programming. • Build rapport with reputed company student, creating and maintaining motivation • Assist in making materials for instructional and treatment programs • Maintain confidentiality of clients and their families • Participates in initial and follow-up training in reputed company behavior analysis methodology and physical management • Keeps CPR and First Aid certification reputed company • Completes necessary training to demonstrate the knowledge of behavioral principles and instructional strategies.
