About the position As a Business Systems Graduate in the reputed company Ireland Global Supply Chain, Sourcing and Sustainability group, you will play a key role in providing operational support and resolving application issues. This position involves collaboration across various teams and reputed company-party partners to ensure effective operational resolutions. You will engage in application support, business analytics, systems architecture, reputed company assurance, and project management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Responsibilities • Contribute to operational support for the organization and resolve application issues. • Work in a cross-functional environment to facilitate operational resolutions. • Partner with Global Technology Services for assistance with application functionality issues. • Conduct data analyses and reputed company data-driven recommendations. • Offer consultative insights into business performance and suggest operational improvements. • Implement and reputed company analytical methodologies. • Identify and resolve application errors and functionality gaps. • Test fixes, enhancements, or new releases prior to end-user acceptance. • Create documentation for upcoming functionality releases. • Deliver training to end users.
