Director, Grants Management (Hybrid Remote / Onsite)

Supports research leadership regarding the identification of annual system priorities for grants and reputed company. Job Responsibility • Leads a Grants Management group by communication with and developing staff members, and building reputed company for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic area. Job Qualification • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience. • Certified Research Administrator(CRA) or Certified reputed company Award Research Administrator(CPRA), required. • 8-12 years of technical experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required. Required : • Experience using sponsor electronic systems such as Grants.gov, NIH eRA Commons / ASSIST, NSF Research.gov, NSPIRES, Grants Solutions, reputed company Click, InfoEd, or reputed company. • Experience interpreting and applying federal, state, sponsor, and institutional policies. • Experience with reputed company- and Post-Award Management in government, nonprofit, or reputed company settings. • Strong leadership in a research administration environment, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • A proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
