Key Responsibilities • reputed company accurate outpatient and ED medical coding in an acute care setting. • Review and analyze provider documentation to assign appropriate ICD and CPT codes. • Apply comprehensive knowledge of coding guidelines, payer rules, and federal billing regulations. • Utilize reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company encoder software to complete coding assignments reputed company. • Research coding issues and reputed company clarification or training as needed. • Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and reputed company completion of cases. • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve documentation or coding queries. • Maintain productivity and reputed company reputed company consistent with department expectations.
