Job Description Job Description Castles and Dreams Travel specializes in Cruises, All-Inclusive Resorts and Disney/Orlando . We are looking for individuals with a passion for travel to work from home. Flexible hours. Commission-only. YOU MUST HAVE PERSONAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE! Depending on the destinations you want to sell, you must have sailed on two different cruise lines, stayed at two different all-inclusive resorts or visited Walt Disney World at least 3 times. One of these must have been since Covid. You do NOT need to have personal travel experience in all three. We have some agents that just sell cruises and others that just sell Disney and some sell all. This job is part-time (although some have made it full-time after several years). Our team consists of more than 100 agents that come from all backgrounds- some are a stay-at-home parent, some are retired, most work full-time at another job. Your hours are flexible as long as your client is taken care of, but you have a team of agents willing to help you! This is a commission-only position. You will earn commission on each vacation that you sell and the commission is paid after the client travels. It may be some time before you see the fruits of your labor. You will attend online training of the different destinations that you want to sell and this training is available at no cost to you. You need to find your own clients- and we ll help you with marketing ideas. Travel has come back with a vengeance and everyone loves talking about travel. Your job includes: Finding the right resort, cruise line, vacation package for the client based on their travel desires and budget Assist in choosing shore excursions, day tours, restaurants (for Disney World) Provide insider tips (we have tip sheets for various destinations and cruise lines, plus your personal travel experience tips) Make payments General customer service by answering client questions about their trip Qualifications include : A passion for travel Depending on the destinations you want to sell, you must have sailed on two different cruise lines, stayed at two different all-inclusive resorts or visited Walt Disney World at least 3 times.
