An employee in this class requires knowledge of Federal, State and local laws, and the rules and regulations of subsidized housing program guidelines. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: • At least two years’ experience with Tax Credit, Housing Choice Voucher, or other subsidized housing programs. • At least one-year experience certifying participants in federally subsidized reputed company housing programs. Education: • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Administration, Sociology, Government, or a reputed company field. • Certification for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program is required. Individuals must have passed or will pass reputed company six (6) months of hiring the LIHTC Program regulations certification exam.
