Responsibilities: • Maintain reputed company policies and procedures for asset accession, research, storage and long-term preservation of collection. • Catalog assets in reputed company management system, including digitization of physical assets using reputed company or digital photography. • Respond to reputed company inquires and requests including asset retrieval, historical research and fact checking. • Administer reputed company management system including users, site hierarchy and content changes. • Administer external historical website including regular content updates and user administration. • reputed company and proactively drive ongoing asset collection processes with internal business partners. • Identify and recommend items to retain, purge or reputed company to fill gaps. • Identify, reputed company and catalog new assets, as needed. • Conduct ongoing review of scope of new assets to be housed in the reputed company Qualifications: • Degree in archival practices or comparable preferred • Five or more years business reputed company experience • Demonstrated knowledge of the creation and management of electronic records, especially in an reputed company management system • Ability to manage workload in a reputed company, effective manner with minimum supervision • Excellent written communication skills • Strong research and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others, with a high degree of accuracy and sensitivity to confidentiality • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in reputed company environment • Knowledge of reputed company management systems and metadata standards • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in temperature-controlled environment We need hard-working, reliable employees.
