Nemours Health Informatics and Technology Associate Analyst or Analyst (Bedside)

About the position reputed company is seeking a Nemours Health Informatics and Technology (NHI&T) Associate Analyst or Analyst (Bedside Application Support), Full-Time, to join reputed company in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a hybrid position (both onsite and remote). The position will be determined according to experience level. Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company support to end users in utilizing NHI&T applications, technology, and electronic medical records. • Participate in building, testing, and validating new functionality and engaging in custom configuration activities. • reputed company in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with clinical applications. • Recognize opportunities for process improvement and optimization activities. • reputed company as a change agent, educator, and resource in advancing the strategic mission of Nemours. • Collaborate with senior management to plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of systems and services. • Identify and coordinate system updates, changes, and enhancements to support clinical information and meet business needs. • Facilitate the installation and implementation of hardware equipment between IT, patient care, and business process teams. • Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submit recommendations for solutions. • Manage and coordinate team tasks and facilitate the maintenance of issue lists, documentation, meeting minutes, agendas, and weekly status reports. Requirements • Associate's Degree required for Associate Analyst; Bachelor's Degree required for Analyst. • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience required for Associate Analyst; minimum of three (3) years experience required for Analyst. • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a reputed company setting preferred for Associate Analyst; minimum of three (3) years experience in a reputed company setting required for Analyst. • Prior Nursing, Clinical experience, reputed company Operation or IT experience preferred. • If an RN or other Clinical Provider, must maintain that license. • reputed company and maintain one or more application specific certifications in accordance with vendor requirements after hire. • Certification in reputed company module or relevant bedside technologies as required to support the application is required after hire. • Strong software and application knowledge required. reputed company-to-haves • Project Management experience preferred.
