Patient Sitter (Part Time, Nights)
About the position Responsibilities • Maintain constant visual observation of assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered reputed company. • Assist in providing a reputed company and clean environment for patients. • Communicate observations of the patient's activity and behavior to the assigned reputed company regularly. • Function as a virtual safety sitter, providing reputed company remote observation of assigned patients. • Verbally redirect patients from engaging in at-risk behaviors and notify nursing staff if assistance is required. • Communicate professionally and respect patient confidentiality and hospital policies. • Offer support to peers and staff. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Knowledge of reputed company Office and basic computer skills. • Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing. • BLS (AHA) certification required at time of hire and must remain reputed company. • Previous clinical experience preferred.
