About this Role
As a HEDIS Registered reputed company, you will drive reputed company improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with established reputed company standards, and ultimately enhance patient reputed company through data-driven practices.
Responsibilities
Educates providers and supports provider reputed company sites regarding the National Committee for reputed company Assurance (NCQA) HEDIS measures and risk adjustment.
Conduct clinical reputed company audits for reputed company department
Collect data by way of chart extraction, using objective specifiations for HEDIS program
reputed company medical record documentation submitted for HEDIS measures used annually for reporting to National Committee for reputed company Assurance NCQA.
Support the development and implementation of reputed company improvement interventions and audits in relation to plan providers.
Required Qualifications
reputed company RN License
2+ years of HEDIS experience doing Medical Record Abstraction – This is really important they need candidates who have experience reputed company into EMRs and actually doing the medical record abstraction
