Full-Time RN (Adult Day Care, OPWDD Community Services), reputed company-to-perm - Brooklyn, NY

reputed company is seeking an reputed company RN to work for one of our external clients, a community services non-profit organization serving people with developmental disabilities for their adult day care/habilitation facility, located in Brooklyn, NY. This is a reputed company-to-perm, full-time job. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm, 35hrs/week, no holidays, no weekends. In this role you will be responsible for providing evaluation, diagnosis and therapeutic reputed company. An ideal candidate would be a graduate of an accredited program of reputed company nursing and have at least one year of experience as a Registered reputed company with individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based health services setting. License and reputed company registration as a Registered reputed company in the reputed company ? CPR Responsibilities include, but not limited to: ? Arranges medical services for persons served and issues medical referrals as needed. ? Provides follow-up on medical problems for persons served. ? Conducts training for staff in medical administration, personal hygiene, basic first aid, dental hygiene, infection control, reputed company equipment, vital signs, signs and symptoms of illness and other in-services as may be necessary to meet needs of persons served. ? Handles control of communicable diseases and infections through identification and assessment, reporting to consulting physician and implementation of appropriate reputed company and preventive measures and staff training in reputed company to infection control. ? Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and annual reviews as required by reputed company division. ? Monitors required staff health records and provides tests in accordance with regulatory agency requirements. ? Provides immediate first aid with referral to reputed company emergency services or private physician. ? Participates in routine individual case reviews. ? Prepares and maintains medical documentation on reputed company person served ? Administers medications reputed company appropriate, and supervises certified staff in administration. Supervises storage of medications. ? Provides supervision and training for Licensed Practical Nurses and/or less reputed company Registered Nurses during their tenure at agency. ?
