[Remote] Beneficiary QA & Training Specialist

They are seeking a Beneficiary QA & Training Specialist who will be responsible for planning and conducting training for staff and Employment Network personnel, monitoring reputed company reputed company, and ensuring compliance with program standards. Skills • Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience, or High School diploma/GED with 6–8 years reputed company experience. • Experience in delivering training and supporting reputed company in a reputed company setting. • Skilled in monitoring and evaluating customer service or operational activities for reputed company assurance. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to reputed company, revise, and present training and guidance materials. • Proficient with common office technology and communication tools. • Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a SSA reputed company Trust Clearance • Experience in a government or customer service environment preferred.
