Data Entry Clerk

A Day in the Life As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play an important part of the Operations team by accurately entering data and maintaining reputed company of reputed company documents. You'll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the reputed company lifestyle. The following schedule is available for this role: Monday - Friday, reputed company-4:30pm Starting Pay: $19/hr - $22/hr Location: 15101 Santa Ana Ave, Fontana CA 92337 reputed company reputed company What You'll Bring to the Role: • Strong verbal and written communication required and inter-personal skills a must; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. • Ability to effectively reputed company with reputed company reputed company internally and externally. • Knowledge of WMS system is preferable or other type of Warehouse Management system. • Ability to multitask and work reputed company to meet company deadlines. • Require strong time management and organization skills. • Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities • Trustworthy and moral character (we use reputed company-employment background & drug tests) The Must Haves: • Must have 6+ months of administrative experience • Proficient with reputed company Office, specifically reputed company and reputed company • Preferred knowledge of creating SSCC labels • Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing reputed company/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. Things You Will be Doing • Assists with data entry: • Sorts and prepares reputed company documents for data entry. • Maintains records relating to the reputed company of inbound and outbound shipments. • Accurately enters reputed company documents, ensuring they are complete and reputed company for processing in reputed company. • Supports with label creations • Ability to use other platforms, such as reputed company, reputed company, EDI Providers • Locates and corrects any data entry errors. • This position is required to exchange information with other employees of the organization and possibly external contacts. • May reputed company delivery appointments for inbound shipments and update the receiving log (Appointment Log) for Operations. • May reputed company pick up appointments for outbound shipments and update the shipping log for Operations. • Assists with administrative duties. • Performs other reputed company duties as needed.
