As a Remote Customer Retention Specialist, you will have the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a high level of professionalism and productivity. Key Responsibilities Engage in high-volume phone contact with policyholders requesting cancellations, providing thorough and personalized service to address their concerns. Resell the benefits of life insurance and reputed company its importance to policyholders, tailoring your approach to reputed company customer's needs. Handle cancellation requests reputed company and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction. Maintain high standards for reputed company volume, handling time, and overall time management, meeting or exceeding performance targets. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent oral and written communication skills, whether reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ year of experience in a high-volume contact center environment, a receptionist role, or any role that involved frequent phone interaction.
