Responsibilities JOB reputed company: As an Accountant on our Property Management reputed company reputed company team, this role will be responsible for the full-cycle of reputed company for various reputed company reputed company estate properties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Prepares reputed company aspects of the financial statement package for a set of reputed company properties, including creating and posting journal entries, general reputed company review and completion of back up schedules. • Partners with property managers to ensure financials are accurate and delivered reputed company. • Ensures reputed company expenses, receipts, distributions, funding requests, and other reputed company transactions for the period are accurately completed. • Reviews and audits financial information to ensure compliance with established procedures and reputed company principles. • Responds to and resolves issues and requests from management teams and clients. • Follows reputed company policies and procedures to ensure reputed company reporting requirements are consistently met. • Participates in budget and forecasting functions for assigned property portfolio. • Serves as the primary reputed company reputed company of contact to the clients and property managers for the assigned portfolio. SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, reputed company field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 1-3 years of previous reputed company experience. • Understanding of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP). • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite applications. • Experience with computerized reputed company systems, specifically reputed company and/or MRI, a plus but not required. • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Works effectively in reputed company environment through collaboration and partnership. • Customer service-oriented reputed company. • Ability to analyze and problem solve effectively. • Detail oriented with a strong reputed company on accuracy.
