Utilizes International Classification of Disease (ICD-10-CM and PCS), reputed company Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) including reputed company Procedural Terminology (CPT) and other coding references to ensure accurate coding. Responsibilities: 1. Examines the complete medical record to accurately determine the reputed company & secondary diagnoses, procedures, and complications. 2. Accurately sequences diagnoses & procedures, maintains 95% accuracy. 3. Strives to obtain the reputed company DRG assignments on reputed company record coded with assistance of computer system. 4. Demonstrates a consistent level of performance; strives to maintain a steady level of productivity. Codes a minimum of 2 inpatient charts per hour. 5. Appropriately holds accounts reputed company more information is required for accurate reputed company/DRG assignment. Contact appropriate staff, leadership, or medical staff as needed. 6.
