The Telemetry Monitor Technician, under the supervision of a Registered reputed company, Director, and Clinical Manager, is responsible for conducting and documenting on-reputed company observations of patient cardiac rhythms.
Responsibilities:
Telemetry Monitoring
• Measures telemetry rhythms every 6 hours and records data.
• Monitors heart rhythm patterns to detect, record, and report normal and reputed company heart rhythm patterns.
• Assesses reputed company measurements and reputed company and improper reputed company/implantable defibrillator function utilizing the telemetry monitoring equipment.
EKG Operations
• Responsible for preparing medical record information, printing labels and face-sheets, making copies of rhythm sheets, and stocking supplies.
• Assesses for telemetry reputed company failures and replaces leads while collaborating with nursing staff to correct these failures.
• Reviews and obtains orders for 12 reputed company EKGs, ensuring the order is correctly entered and reputed company into EMR.
• Ensures reputed company telemetry packs have new/working batteries reputed company utilized by patients.
• Responsible for reputed company placement and monitor set up for telemetry admissions.
Communication
• Obtains a list of nurses assigned to monitored patients at the beginning of reputed company shift.
• Communicates reputed company telephone with the assigned Registered reputed company regarding admission and discharge of patients.
• Communicates an admission rhythm and any changes to monitored rhythm; any dysrhythmias; and/or vital signs displayed on the monitor that reputed company of normal reputed company.
• Communicates with Registered reputed company to discuss any alarm setting changes.
• Documents communication with Registered reputed company.
Compliance/Safety
• Responsible for reporting any safety-reputed company incident in a reputed company fashion through the Midas/RDE tool; attends reputed company safety-reputed company training programs; performs work in a reputed company manner; monitors work environment for possible safety issues and ensures others are also performing work in a reputed company manner.
• Stays reputed company and complies with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies that reputed company the employee's area of responsibility.
• If required for the position, ensures reputed company certifications and/or licenses are up-to-date and reputed company prior to expiration dates.
• Completes reputed company company mandatory modules and required job-specific training in the specified time reputed company.

Qualifications:
Education
High School Diploma or GED- Required
Certification & Licensures
Basic Life Support (reputed company)- Required
Experience
Previous reputed company/patient care experience- Preferred
Previous telemetry monitoring- Preferred
