Dental/Oral Surgery Assistant - Full-time

We're currently seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team and contribute to exceptional patient care. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:53am - 5:00pm What We Offer: • Competitive Pay: $26 - $29 per hour • Time to Recharge: • PTO Accrual • Sick Time Accrual, with rollover. • Health Perks: • Full benefits eligibility after 30 days (Medical/Dental/Vision). • Add-ons like disability, or extra life insurance available! • Plan for Your Future: • 401(k) plan • Stay Flexible: Access to HSA or FSA for medical expenses. • Paid Holidays As our Dental Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: • Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental and surgical procedures • Preparing and maintaining dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms for each patient. • Taking and processing accurate impressions/digital impressions, digital X-rays, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. • Sterilizing and disinfecting dental instruments according to established infection control protocols. • Welcoming patients, inquiring about their medical history, and preparing them for treatment. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment charts, medical histories, and consent forms. • Staying updated with industry best practices, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines. • Travel occasionally (As needed basis) to our Remote Sales Locations (Palmdale and West Covina). • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program required. • Previous experience as a dental assistant is required. • Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology. • Proficient in taking and processing digital dental X-rays. • Familiarity with dental software and appointment scheduling systems is a plus. • Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety procedures.
