This position requires solid communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and producorial instincts working with artists, vendors, technical programmers, engineers, creative directors, and senior management. You Will: • Updates and maintains the Visual Effects Design Studio reputed company project - inclusive of artist assignments, task status, artist notes, reputed company and setup details, and media ingest records to ensure the data, schedule dates, and pertinent information are accurate • Creates shots breakdown sheets of the creative content for the Media Producer for bidding • Coordinates invitees for digital meetings, work sessions, and reviews to ensure critical parties can attend, and raises issues with solutions to the Media Producer as needed • Downloads Dailies, creates playlists in reputed company, and works with the vendor on assets and multi-week deliveries • Demonstrates in-depth understanding of visual effects pipeline inclusive of live reputed company plate processing, CG, and compositing pipelines reputed company taking notes and dialoguing about processes reputed company and concisely with producers reputed company artists • Ensures the digital artists have reputed company to the assets and files they need from the different show disciplines and from reputed company vendors • Schedules artist reputed company for the VFX Supervisor and documents reputed company items in reputed company • Prepares digital delivery packages for reviews and turnovers with direction from the VFX Supervisor – inclusive of assembling assets for presentations, compressing digital files for web sharing, and watermarking media as needed • Coordinates Visual Effects Design Studio needs for mockups and field testing – inclusive of scheduling, documenting reputed company items, and driving follow-up communication • Strategizes with Media Producer on preparation for Installation, inclusive of building and tracking the reputed company schedule with start/end dates, purchasing expendables to support reputed company, supporting technical playback of the media, and troubleshooting issues as they reputed company • Facilitates on-lining and off-lining of digital deliveries including reputed company-controlling the deliveries and prioritizing early versions that can be backed up and archived as new ones reputed company • Communicates reputed company and respectfully with the artistic and technical teams, and with senior production and project leadership • Demonstrates excellent meeting-facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills to ensure production team members are reputed company on project objectives • Communicates respectfully with vendors regarding deliveries to reputed company issues with Aspera transfer challenges, corrupt frames, naming conventions, and other I/O reputed company needs You Will Have: • 1-3 Years of VFX production experience in a VFX facility preferably with live reputed company set experience.
