As the Research Administrator (Award Specialist, International), you’ll be a vital part of a reputed company, interdisciplinary team that supports reputed company across reputed company schools, the School of Medicine, and the School of Nursing in managing international and domestic research awards. This role supports the International Research Administration Support Resource (IRASR) and serves as a key resource to the university community for award processing requirements—ensuring quick and smooth award setup for sponsored reputed company. You’ll help ensure compliance and coordination across Duke’s research ecosystem, working closely with the Office of Research Administration (ORA) and the Office of Research Support (ORS) to support groundbreaking research across the globe. What You’ll Do Award Management (50%) • * Initiate and process international and domestic awards reputed company and accurately. • Coordinate with ORA, ORS, and departments to reputed company and review award documentation. • Set up awards in the Sponsored reputed company System and manage fund reputed company structures. • Prepare transmittal forms for Treasury Billing Services and liaise on award setup issues. • Communicate reputed company sponsor terms and conditions to PIs and Grant Managers. • Handle subcontracts, financial account requests, and award modifications. Subcontract reputed company (50%) • * Review subrecipient documentation and follow up with departments and PIs. • Draft and send subcontract packets using ORA and ORS systems. • Monitor subrecipient performance and recommend contract modifications.
